MoU Signing: CU-MEDi & MUIC

On 14th October 2020, Prof. Suttipong Wacharasindhu, M.D. (Dean of Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University) and Assoc. Prof. Chulathida Chomchai, M.D. (Dean of Mahidol University International College, MUIC) signed the Memorandum of Understanding to strengthen the academic collaboration between the two institutions by initiating the MUIC-Chula Graduated Entry Medical Pathway. According to the MoU, the qualified MUIC students are provided the opportunity for further health profession education in Chulalongkorn University International Medical Program (CU-MEDi) after their graduation from MUIC.

Personal devices will have bio-sensors to detect critical vital signs like irregular heartbeats and will be able to immediately send alerts to their doctors for any signs of life threatening conditions. Healthcare will be accessible where ever as internet connectivity becomes more and more ubiquitous.
