The Faculty of Medicine at Chulalongkorn University is dedicated to ensuring that all applicants are informed about our policies regarding the collection, use, and sharing of personal and confidential information, in compliance with the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act of 2019, effective June 1, 2022.
Applicants are required to provide personal information as specified in the application form and upload the necessary documents for the admissions process, in accordance with the Chulalongkorn University Announcement on Admission to the Doctor of Medicine (International Program) for the Academic Year 2025.
The applicant's personal information will be reviewed by the admissions committee to assess eligibility for the selection process.
The application information and supporting documents will be shared with and reviewed by the interview and psychological assessment committee to determine the successful candidates.
The application information and supporting documents of these eligible applicants will be shared with the Registration Unit at Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University, the Office of the Registrar at Chulalongkorn University, the Office of Academic Affairs at Chulalongkorn University, and other relevant parties.
Personal information of eligible applicants for enrollment, including name, surname, date of birth, national ID number, passport number, phone number, and other details required by King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, will be provided to King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital for hospital number registration and health check purposes.
The Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University will individually announce applicants' eligibility for the selection process, interview and psychological assessment invitations, offer confirmations, and enrollment eligibility at https://cu-medi.md.chula.ac.th.
Your personal data will be securely retained for up to five (5) years following your application.
